FuerteventuraTV Chatbot / El Savio installation guide
Multilingual self-hosted AI chatbot for Joomla, designed for tourism and service sites.
Before you install
- Make a full file and database backup.
- Confirm the CMS and PHP versions match the product requirements.
- Download the ZIP from the licensed FuerteventuraTV area or from the purchase email.
- Keep the order email and licence/download id ready for support.
Joomla installation
- Go to /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=install.
- Upload the package ZIP, then confirm the component/plugin/package appears in Manage Extensions.
- Open the component or plugin options, save the licence/download id when requested, and configure the minimum required fields.
- Go to Extensions > Update, click Check For Updates, and confirm the product feed is detected.
First test
- Create one test item or enable one test module/shortcode.
- Open the public page in an incognito browser.
- Check browser console and server logs if output is blank.
- Open a support ticket with screenshots and the exact URL if the test fails.
Troubleshooting
If install or update fails, do not reinstall repeatedly. Capture the installer message, product version, feed URL if visible, site domain, PHP version and licence/order email, then open a support ticket.
