Canary Islands

The government has introduced a series of checks for travelers arriving in Spain:

• The obligation to wear a mask for all people over 6 years on public roads, in open spaces and in closed public spaces, where it is not possible to maintain a social distance of at least one and a half meters. The mask is not mandatory for people with respiratory problems or diseases and for those who play sports or consume food. The use of the mask is also mandatory on public, air, sea, rail and private vehicles, if passengers do not live at the same home. Failure to comply with this measure will result in a fine of up to € 100.
• Passengers arriving in Spain by air or sea will have to undergo a measurement of body temperature, which must not be equal to or higher than 37.5 degrees centigrade. Shipping companies will be able to measure this temperature before arrival at the Spanish port.
• Tour operators, travel agencies and transport companies will have to inform of the obligation to fill in the "disclaimer" form.
  Passengers who are suspected of suffering from COVID-19 or other communicable pathology will have to undergo a further health assessment, which includes a second measurement of body temperature, in case a possible pathology is confirmed, we will proceed to transfer the traveler in a healthcare facility.
