Faro de Jandia, Fuerteventura

In the southwestern point of the island tourists can visit a Jandia lighthouse Faro de Jandía, where the information center of the park is located. Moreover, there you can find an exhibition about the Jandia Natural Park which is divided into five colour rooms. The Orange room explains the geological characteristics of the nature reserve, whereas the Green room explains the vegetation and flora. The Gray room is an audio-visual room demonstrating the landscape of the area and the information about biosphere of the island. The Blue room contains information about the wildlife of the island and, finally, the Brown room gives information about the navigation signs based on the lighthouse.
Enjoy a restful view of the south-west coast and feel the greatness of the Atlantic Ocean. Visit Faro de Jandía and get know Fuerteventura’s wildlife better. The lighthouse is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
