Puerto del Rosario presents the Comprehensive Inclusive Classrooms and Multisport Programme with the Creciendo Yaiza Association
2. The news in detail
Puerto del Rosario Town Hall unveils this Thursday 4 June the Comprehensive Inclusive Classrooms and Multisport Programme, an initiative that combines inclusive educational support with sporting activity and which the council promotes in collaboration with the Creciendo Yaiza Association.
The programme brings together two complementary lines of work: inclusive classrooms, designed to guarantee the participation and learning of all people on equal terms, and multisport, which uses physical activity and play as a tool for integration, personal development and community life. The official presentation, held in the Plenary Hall of the town hall, sets out the objectives, content and scope of the proposal for the wider community.
With this action the municipality reinforces its commitment to inclusion and to access for all residents to education and sport, in line with other social policies developed in recent years together with the island's network of associations.
3. Who takes part
The presentation is led by the mayor of Puerto del Rosario, David de Vera, accompanied by the director of the Creciendo Yaiza Association, Ligia Molnar Abel. They are the ones who set out the details of the programme and take questions from the media during the press call. (Fuerteventura TV will update this story with the statements made at the event.)
