Refund Policy

1. CMS digital products

If you act as a consumer, you have 14 days to exercise withdrawal where Spanish/EU consumer law provides it. For digital content or services not supplied on a tangible medium, withdrawal may be lost after express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of that loss, or after download, license activation, source-code delivery or substantial technical support, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Excursions

Excursion cancellations and refunds depend on the policy shown in the product page or confirmation. If the service is supplied by a third party, the real supplier remains responsible for operational cancellations, safety, weather, availability, no-show and service complaints.

3. When a refund is due

• Duplicate payment or verified technical error.
• Excursion cancelled by the supplier without an accepted alternative.
• Digital product not delivered and not downloaded/activated.
• Mandatory consumer right under applicable law.

4. When it may be excluded

• Customer no-show.
• Customer late arrival at meeting point.
• Change of mind outside stated terms.
• Download, activation or use of digital product after consent to immediate performance.
• Problems caused by hosting, third-party plugins, missing backups or customer changes.

5. Request

6. Complaints

Consumers and users may request official complaint forms or an equivalent procedure where applicable in the Canary Islands. If an excursion is supplied by a third party, we will forward or indicate the correct real-supplier channel.
