This page explains how to delete the data associated with the Meta application “Fvtvgmc”, which is used by the GMC Instagram Feed Gallery and GMC Facebook Page Feed extensions to display, on a website, the public content of the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account that authorised it.

1. What data is stored

When you connect an account, the website where the extension is installed stores:

• the access token issued by Meta;
• the account identifier and username of the connected Page or Instagram account;
• a temporary cache of the public content to be displayed (image or video URLs, thumbnails, captions, dates, permalinks and, where available, like and comment counts), and optionally a local copy of those media files when the local-cache option is enabled.

No password is ever received or stored. Private messages and non-public content are not stored for display purposes. The data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the service you requested (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, your consent given through the Meta authorisation dialog (art. 6.1.a).

2. Delete your data yourself (immediate)

1. Revoke the application.
   • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active, find Fvtvgmc-IG and choose Remove.
   • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Fvtvgmc and choose Remove.
   Revoking access invalidates the token immediately: no further content can be read.
2. Clear the stored data on the website. If you administer the website, open the plugin settings (GMC Instagram Gallery or GMC Facebook Page Feed), clear the connection fields, save, and clear the site cache. Any cached media files are removed with the cache.

3. Ask us to delete your data

If you do not administer the website, or you want written confirmation, send a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with:

• the subject line “Data deletion request – Fvtvgmc”;
• the Facebook Page or Instagram username concerned;
• the website address where the content is displayed, if you know it.

We delete the token, the stored identifiers and any cached content within 30 days of receiving the request, and we confirm the deletion by email. We may ask you to confirm that you control the account before proceeding.

4. Data we must keep by law

Where a deletion request concerns data contained in accounting or tax records, we are legally obliged to retain it and cannot delete it before the statutory periods expire: four years for tax purposes (General Tax Law 58/2003, art. 66) and six years for commercial books and supporting documents (Commercial Code, art. 30). During that period the data is blocked and used only to meet those legal obligations.

5. Your other rights

For data collected through contact forms, the newsletter, the chatbot, support tickets or purchases, and for your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), see the Privacy Policy. We answer requests within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests (GDPR art. 12.3).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
