Two statutory exceptions apply to our services (TRLGDCU art. 103):
- Leisure and tourism services with a specific date or period of performance (art. 103.l): excursions and activities booked for a given date are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The applicable cancellation rules are those in the Excursion Rules and those of the supplier.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (art. 103.m): where a licence key or download is made available immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. You are asked to confirm this at checkout; if you are not asked, the right of withdrawal remains available for 14 days.
10. The Fvtvgmc Meta application
The Fvtvgmc application is used together with the GMC Instagram Feed Gallery and GMC Facebook Page Feed extensions. It works as follows:
- What it does: after you authorise it, it reads the public content published by your own Facebook Page or Instagram professional account (media, captions, dates, permalinks and, where available, like and comment counts) and displays it on the website you operate.
- What it does not do: it does not publish, delete or modify content on your behalf unless you explicitly use a publishing feature; it does not read private messages for display purposes; it does not sell, rent or share your content or your data with third parties.
- Access tokens: the token issued by Meta is stored in the configuration of the website that uses it and is accessible only to that website’s administrators. Tokens obtained through Instagram Login are renewed automatically so that the connection does not expire.
- Revoking access: you can disconnect the application at any time from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites) or Facebook (Settings → Business integrations). Revoking access immediately stops any further data being read.
- Deleting data: see the Data Deletion Instructions.
