Purpose

Customer support page for FuerteventuraTV CMS products. The business operates from Fuerteventura, Spain, Canary Islands. Support is provided subject to license, proof of purchase and the limits stated here.

Login / registration / ticket

1. Use login with a customer account or complete registration if you do not yet have one.
2. Open one ticket per issue.
3. Include product, version, CMS, URL, hosting, screenshot and exact error.
4. Do not send passwords, API keys, tokens or unnecessary personal data.
5. Duplicate, abusive, incomplete or out-of-scope tickets may be closed without further work.

Included support

• Ordinary installation of the purchased product.
• Documented configuration.
• Reproducible bugs on a supported version.
• License, download and update clarification.
• Error verification with sufficient evidence.

Excluded unless agreed in writing

• Custom development, design, SEO, copywriting, legal/tax/privacy advice.
• Fixing hosting, database, server, AI provider, Stripe, PayPal, Meta, Google or third-party services.
• Damage caused by customer edits, incompatible plugins, missing backups or outdated versions.
• Unlimited training or operational management of the customer's site.

Evidence required

Before opening a ticket prepare product, version, CMS, page URL, screenshot, exact error and what you already tried. Do not send secrets.

Confidentiality and data

The customer remains responsible for backups, credentials, published content, third parties, privacy/cookie compliance, hosting and use of AI or payment providers. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Never disclose secrets in tickets. If access is required, provide temporary, revocable access through an agreed secure channel only.

Law, venue and mandatory rights

Except where mandatory consumer rules apply, terms, support and disputes are governed by Spanish law and the competent courts/venue in the Canary Islands/Spain. Mandatory EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
